The gap we set out to close
After 25 years inside HR rooms, leadership tables and recruitment shortlists, our founder Laiqah Bowers-Charles kept seeing the same pattern: talented people stuck in the wrong roles, learners pushed into the wrong subjects, graduates uncertain of their next step.
The information existed. The science existed. What was missing was a trusted guide, someone who could translate assessments into action and possibility into a plan. Career Ignite was founded to be that guide.
